Pro Tip: Abandoned Cart Communication

Encourage potential customers to come back and complete their order, while empowering your Reps to close more sales,  using the Abandoned Cart AutoResponders, available for configuration in Freedom.

Customer Email

With field tags to insert the specific items left in the cart, as well as the customer and Rep information, this AutoResponder allows you to proactively reach out to customers who have left the shopping cart without checking out. Send it up to 31 days after the abandoned cart, or send a series of emails leading up to 31 days. You can even create a promo code to include in the email if you choose.

Rep Alert

Don’t leave your Reps out of the communication chain. With a template designed to alert your Rep of any customers with abandoned carts, you can help them to build relationships with every customer and close more sales. Field tags include cart contents, customer and Rep information, and can be sent up to 31 days after the abandoned cart.

Both of these features are activated and configured in the AutoResponders area of Freedom (ADMIN>TOOLS>AUTORESPONDER TEMPLATES).

Pro Tip: If leveraging both templates, be sure to reference the customer version in your Rep Alert, so that they know what you’ve already communicated to the Customer.

As a reminder, Alerts are a Pro tool. This means that only those Reps with Pro/Upgrade access will receive this (and any other) Alerts on their home page, mobile device, email and text.
