November Release is On 11/15/2017

  • The Cart 2.0 Inventory relationship item dropdown listing and the Cart Check out page were enhanced to support stock check feature.
  • The Cart 2.0 Add button in the Item List Page and Add to Cart button in Item Detail Page were enhanced to recognize the Inventory Allow Back Order override flag. This allows a specific item to be added to a cart based on set criteria despite being out of or low in stock.
  • The Cart 2.0 for the Customer was enhanced to have an ability to upgrade to Rep directly from the shopping cart.
  • The Cart 2.0 was updated to only associate a new online # id when necessary. This will improve the tracking of closed orders.
  • The Cart 2.0 was enhanced to include child items to the “what’s available to be displayed in the cart” list so that they will no longer be flagged as unavailable in country.
  • The Duplicate Customer email setting was updated to support logging into the Cart 2.0 with accounts using duplicate email addresses.
  • In Promotions, the Fixed Price Extended and Order Line Discount Promotion actions were enhanced by adding the Compare Multiplier, Handling Fee Multiplier or Apply Retained Earnings fields to allow users to configure Promotions for party rewards.
  • The Rep Purge Process was enhanced to allow the user to pre-generate a list of Rep’s to be purged by capitalizing on the Rep Collection feature of Freedom.
  • The login functionality was enhanced to allow clients to log out of the BackOffice from any page and still acquire the pages when they log in.
  • Real time volume calculations were enhanced for speed.
  • A new optional field in Inventory was introduced to allow configuring a Return Taxable Amount value, which offers greater control for return orders processing.
  • The inventory listing displayed in the Back Office’s New and Edit AutoShip Profile pages were sped up by showing a more relevant list of inventory items.
  • Revolution’s logging audits were improved to include AutoShip Profiles edits.
  • Revolution group synchronization was optimized to ensure all reps will have the ability to log in to revolution.
  • The Bonus Genealogy Upline report and the Downgrade To Customer process were optimized to improve server performance.
  • Compensation Plan Dynamic Engine was upgraded to improve processing by considering additional calculation dependencies when multiple period types (such as weekly, monthly, etc.) are used.
  • The performance of the Dynamic Engine was optimized to provide more efficient run times and scalability.
  • The AutoShip Build Report was updated to handle on-screen display of Multiple BCs better.
  • The “Sales by Date Posted” report was enhanced to include the Order date.
  • For clarity purposes, our terminology referencing “Online Order #” is being replaced w/ the term “Cart #”. The first of reports have started being converted.
