When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control. Outside of the transactional data we collect in order for your software to perform your business functions, all other passive data collection (browsers, user data, etc.) is leveraged strictly for security monitoring and protecting your users data.
Our privacy policy updates will give you more clarity over how we collect and use your data when delivering our world-class products and services.
Here’s a rundown of the updates:
- A shorter, simpler privacy policy. That means less legal-speak and a clearer explanation of what data we collect, how we use it and the rights and tools that are available to you.
- We’ve created a special support team to address any question you have. You can reach this team at Privacy@bydesign.com
- There is a new law in Europe known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We’ve made some changes to our Privacy Policy to be in compliance with that law. Learn more here.
