  • Enhanced Revolution Pro experience for users by adding a new Rank Progress widget with all rank information and an easier user interface.
  • Enhanced Rep Back Office Reporting to keep the header row visibile as you scroll down the records in grids.
  • Updated Cart Detail page to fix the product image to the top of the page when the user scrolls.  This removes the unintentional white space that a long description area or multiple tabs can cause. Allows the image to stay in frame as the user reads.
  • Updated the Inventory Group page in Freedom to allow selection of items associated with the same country; also updated the Inventory Country association page to allow selection of multiple countries at once.
  • Updated the Resource Center on Revolution to include a “Collapse by default” option per Resource Category and to use a User Friendly framework that will allow each user to expand/collapse on their screens per Resource Category.
  • Created VAT Tax Field Tags for application to Order AutoResponder templates.
  • Added new Retry Rules collections, allowing corporate users to specify period types to associate with specific retry rules.
  • Added a quick view of a representative’s Lifetime Rank, Last Rank, and Current Rank to their contact card and summary page via new configurable settings.
  • Created new REST API for Rep and Customer Notes, allowing listing, creation and editing.
  • Enhanced permissions in Revolution and created a new setting on rep enrollment to determine if reps want  their personal information to be hidden or masked.
  • Created a webAPI for Reps Update Misc Fields and Customer Update Misc Fields.
  • Integrated with Tax Jar for tax computation. Integrated in the following  locations: Back Office Orders, Shopping Cart Orders, Enrollment Orders, AutoShip Orders, Party Orders and API Orders.
  • Created a new Misc Field Value lookup API to be able to return Order numbers based on misc field data.
  • Updated the Representative dashboard in Freedom to the new Back Office 2.0 page standards.

  • Enhanced AutoResponder for ‘Volume during Timeframe’ to include a start date, recurrency, reccurrency date, and ensure that volume calculation was used to send to all who did not meet the required volume amount.
  • Enhanced Revolution AutoShip List and Detail page by adding configurable volume amounts to both pages.
  • Updated Customer Dashboard in Freedom Backoffice to allow customer support representatives to view pertinent customer information in a dashboard/grid style format.

  • Enhanced the Party Rewards popup message by adding a translation key to allow display in other languages.
  • Optimized the calandar within Inventory Category Edit to be displayed consistently for different time zones.
  • Enhanced Promotions to be aware of VAT applied and when to calculate it upon checkout in the shopping cart or in Freedom.
  • Updated styling for the vertical mobile view of the Totals row in the Commissions Detail report in Revolution.
  • Enhanced Back Office payment window to hide post button when attempting to pay with a credit account without having credit accounts or valid credits.
  • Enhanced order validation and added a loading indicator between screens and saves to improve transparency.
  • Optimized the Global Payroll Gateway integration to properly store the last 4 digits of credit card numbers when creating an associated token for AutoShip, Party and Freedom orders.
  • Enhanced the Send Message feature on the Customer Management page in Revolution to maintain the customer selection prior to spawning the message dialogue box.
  • Optimized the promotion calculations to properly provide discount while still applying the correct VAT amount.
  • Enhanced the Inventory Category page in Freedom to allow the deletion of categories no longer in use.

  • Optimized the Rank Progress dropdown in Revolution to load once a selection is made.
  • Enhanced the logic behind credits and how they are returned when an order is voided in Freedom to allow for refunding of multiple credit accounts.
  • Updating Earnings page in Freedom to set locale for Rep selected; now it can display numbers using Euros.
  • Updated the behavior that combined multiple inventory SKUs in to one order in the Shopping Cart to follow the Force Separate flag to prevent combining items into a single order when passing order details via API to the cart.
  • Updated backoffice rep order widget page size restriction to scroll and display all orders.
  • Updated the styling in Freedom across multiple pages that use date pickers and hidden buttons.
  • Updated the function responsible for printing orders in Revolution to pull images from the appropriate location to allow for printing orders when there are custom images.
  • Updated the rank progress widget in Revolution to be more accurate in displaying data from the drop down selection.
  • Updated the date formats in the dropdowns for editing autoship profile schedule dates from Revolution or Extranet where the date format could be misinterpreted for certain locales.

  • Optimized total sales by country by day report to consider all countries for the selected search criteria.
  • Enhanced the Shopping Cart to associate a customer’s country when they are logged in rather then using the customer’s Rep’s country.
  • Updated the Bulk Translations upload utility to be able to accept .xlsx format.
  • Optimized the process for adding items to Party when leveraging Avalara sales tax engine.
  • Enhanced the Extranet AutoShip creation process ,when using Adyen, to properly redirect to Adyen site to input payment information
  • Added the ability to translate additional areas throughout Revolution and Shopping Cart.
  • Added new redirect functionality for representatives coming from Revolution menu or quick links to allow the representative to be seamlessly logged in while directing them to a specific product page.
  • Improved tax calculation performance for newer SOA tax functions used for webapi order creation by only calculating taxes once instead of multiple times.
  • Enhanced the mobile view on micro-sites by optimizing the zoom to ensure that it allows a smooth transition to the video.
