August 2020 Release is the Week of 8/17/20

  • Enhanced Revolution Downline Comp Reports to allow for adding advanced filters to specific reports including Rank, Join Date, Location and Contact Group Membership.
  • Integrated with Facebook Pixel and added the Facebook standard pixel events (Add Payment Info, Add to Cart, Add to Wishlist, Complete Registration, Initiate Checkout, Lead, Purchase, Search, Submit Application, View Content) to Cart 2.0.
  • Enhanced the Rep Dashboard menu in Freedom to launch Shopping Cart & Rep Back Office links to load in a new window.
  • Updated the Bonus Overrides RESTful API to allow GET/POST of the Rep Join Date as well.
  • Enhanced Avalara integration to support testing confgurations, tax exemptions, update so that the  transaction IDs are the same between the two systems.
  • Updated the Product Specific Customer Order – Email to Customer AutoResponder to contain a “CC Owner Rep Email” field that will allow the user to determine if the Order’s Owning Rep receives a carbon copy of the email sent to the Customer.
  • Created a field within the Promotion Action – Discount Order Line that allows to award the action when “Apply to existing item” is selected.
  • Updated Revolution’s Tree View download to display contact card in mobile view.
  • Updated REST ChangeLinks API to work with multiple Genealogy types.
  • Enhanced Revolution showcase to include subfolders in filtered display.
  • Optimized the Payments window in Freedom Back Office to look for all available credit accounts when processing a credit payment.
  • Updated Sales Summary report in Freedom to include an option to select the currency that all values in the report should be shown in to allow for accurate and easily understandable reporting.
  • Updated the new AutoShip creation in Revolution to start with Country selection if Inventory by Country is enabled.
  • Updated the bulk translations in Freedom Backoffice to include Revolution report field titles.
  • Enhanced the JS Cart to support soft counts and created a setting to display a timer on the cart showing the time remaining that the items will be held in soft count.
  • Added “Apply Balance” payment type to USA Invoice PDF packslips in Freedom.
  • Enhanced Bonus to be able to assign different payout dates per payout process being used.
  • Updated the customer signup page in the Shopping Cart to be Territory Aware.
  • Updated Revolution Back Office Party details to include statistics of the total of each party applicable to the Representative’s rewards.
  • Added setting to mute critical notes message for a specified duration in Freedom when accessing the Reps dashboard.
  • Created a new AutoResponder type that will alert a receiving Rep or customer upon completion of a transfer of credits.
  • Added functionality to support having a collection show on the Order Detail page.
  • Updated the Backoffice setting AUTOSHIP_USECREDITS to allow the Rep to determine if they would like to use their credits towards their AutoShip profile and if so if in full or a specified amount.
  • Created a setting that will allow decisions on  whether new representatives’ “Withhold Commissions” field are checked or unchecked by default.
  • Created new security user rights to control the ability to edit SSN/TaxID and date of birth fields in the customer and rep edit fields.
  • Enhanced Shipping Profile to be able to hide in Cart and/or Revolution for Company record only.
  • Updated artifact upload to prevent future exceptions when using multiple locales.
  • Enhanced the enrollment checkout page with additional translation keys.
  • Updated the tax engine to allow VAT in shipping and on shopping cart, when tax engine is used.
  • Updated the JS Cart to be able to pull images from CDN provider.
  • Updated the timeline not to show the activity of the cancelled Autoship profiles for Reps/Sponsors in Revolution and updated the Autoship detail page in Revolution to not show the links for cancelled profiles.
  • Updated panel headers in Revolution to show for widgets that are not collapsible.
  • Updated the styling of the filter page to allow a user to scroll when all of the columns in the filter page in Revolution are expanded.
  • Address fields in Freedom AutoShip adjusted to display city/state/postalcode/country in the same format coming from the Reps/Customer profiles.
  • Updated logic on quick add in the shopping cart to work with relationship group items.
  • Updated Rep Enrollment in the Shopping cart to allow the Gift Certificate option as a form of payment when the sponsoring Rep does not own a Gift Certificate.
  • Updated the Setting: X2_TREEVIEW_ENROLL_LINK to support the Upline Rep Display ID replacement tag parameter for rep placement.
  • Added translation support for showcases in Back Office by allowing each presentation to be configured to a specific locale. Also added translation support to Inventory Filter Translations for the shopping cart.
  • Updated the new Rep dashboard’s notes widget in Freedom to display Order # hyperlinks next to the relevant Order note allowing quick access to order information.
  • Added Global Locale awareness to Freedom Inventory Details Tab.
  • Updated Shopping Cart functionality to add tax to AutoShip Price if displayed in the cart.
  • Setting added to display total adjustment balance in commissions report in Freedom Bonus.
  • Updated Revolution Locale Selection on the Login page to pull the locale from the chosen preferred culture to update Revolution and the Shopping cart with translations.
  • Enhanced the Shopping cart’s credit subsystem to ensure that multiple credit types can be used at once during checkout.
  • Enhanced Terms and Policies to properly adhere to associated territory settings.
  • Optimized the Shopping cart to tie locale and language preferences to ensure seamless language changes when locales change.
  • Enhanced the Revolution Permissions manager to apply permission restrictions on additional columns coming from the data table for the downline report.
  • Enhanced sorting in the Revolution Downline Volume report to sort based on name instead of BCKey.
  • Added exception handling to the Freedom Shipping page when using a barcode scanner.
  • Updated reports accessible from the Freedom Inventory page to use the Inventory Read/Report access right, rather than the Reporting access right.

  • Updated enrollment address box styling to match the rest of the enrollment process.

  • Enhanced new Back Office 2 New Order page to properly hide all items for cancelled reps.
  • Updated the Shopping cart to better handle situations where ShipStation does not return valid Shipping Methods.
  • Updated the add Inventory Price field in Freedom: Return Taxable Amount, to set the default value to equal zero to allow the ability to add/edit a price and save without the need to include a Return Taxable Amount in the field.
  • Improved the Personally Sponsored widget in Revolution to properly display the AutoShip Date column.
  • Updated the Shopping cart to better reflect available gift cards for use on a purchase.
  • Updated email addresses modified in Revolution to be able to have the plus sign.
  • Added Export to the New Party Summary page and added Party Type options to configure Party Format to have a default and be hidden from the Revolution UI.
