October Release 2022

• NEW: Created a new nightly procedure which will check all credits for an expiration date. If none exists, then will add an expiration based on a Freedom setting. For example, if this setting is set to 30 days, then the above nightly procedure will check for credits with no expiration date and set them to expire 30 in 30 days. If this setting is left blank (NULL), then no expiration date will be added to the credits.

April Release is the Week of 4/18/22

• NEW: Revolution messaging templates configured in Freedom back office, appear in drop down when sending new message in Revolution.
• UPDATE: Top menu bar in Revolution is now static when scrolling on desktop and mobile view.
• NEW: Enhanced Renewal Process by creating a new AR type (NOTICE) that will direct the user to a checkout page with the renewal item already selected for them.
• NEW: Language Collections can be created in Freedom to simplify translations and autoresponders, reducing the overall time and effort spent in configuration for multiple locales.

January Release is the Week of 1/24/22

• Enhanced Autoresponder Template for “JoinDate Based” to support a “Minimum” and “Maximum” Rank, along with a “Minimum Days Later” in order to provide better flexibility.
• Enhanced Promotion Action for “Award Credits” to now support an “Expiration Strategy” that can be configured, along with an Autoresponder Template to notify on upcoming Credit expirations.
• Created new Revolution Dashboard Widget (“Free Text Bonus Widget”) that combines the power of a Free Text Widget with the data from a Comp Report, enabling significant flexibility in how the Comp Report data is displayed on the dashboard..

October Release is the Week of 10/18/21

• Completed Preferred Partner integrations for Nuvei’s SafeCharge Payments platform and ZipLingo’s Communication platform.
• Enhanced Revolution Commissions Report configuration to allow for adjusting the width of columns and to define whether or not a column shows a total in the footer of the table.
• Enhanced “New Order” Auto Responder to allow for a “Days Delay”, enabling Emails & Alerts to Reps to be sent a number of days after an Order is placed.
• Extended the fields on “Revolution Alert SMS” Auto Responder Template to allow for more information to be sent as part of Text Notifications. This template is used to send text messages (for those who opt-in) each time a Revolution Alert is received.
• Extended “Revolution Message to Customer” Auto Responder Template to automatically pull in the Rep’s First Name & Last Name to show in the “From” of Emails they send through Revolution Messages.
