Customer Management – Simplified

The new Customer Management Report is now available in Revolution and provides many new features to help your field find just who they’re looking for.  This report replaces the existing Customers page (Organization > Customer Management), along with other legacy Extranet pages that you may still have activated.  The new Customer Manager Report blends all the functionality from those pages with new features that will assist your field in finding the perfect subset of customers to contact.

Key Features Include:

  • Advanced Search options allow for quick access to finding a specific Customer
  • Add New Customer direct link to customer enrollment screen
  • Advanced Filtering can be used to combine multiple criteria to narrow the results
  • Exporting feature includes all customer contact information to ensure your field has all the customer data they need
  • Messaging – Targeted communication can be sent to the specific subset of customers
  • Fully responsive Mobile design with native device call and text features
