As you may know, Freedom system is a very vast system that offers multiple solutions for many areas of your business. At ByDesign Technologies, we do not only offer an out of the box solution, but we also tailor your Freedom system to your rules, your demands and enhance it to be ready to handle the most challenging business needs. This is where our team of analysts will help your business accomplish the necessary enhancements to Freedom that are unique to your model.
Our analysts are broken down into two teams, Product Specialists and Commissions Analysts. The Product Specialists focus on all the areas of Freedom that are outside of bonus calculation. For example, changes to the enrollment process, updates to the way orders are processed, enhancements to the shopping cart and shipping integrations among many others. Did you know that some of our Product Specialists are located in different areas around the world? Yes, we have Product Specialists located in Kansas, Singapore and our main office in Tampa, at different time zones, all for your convenience!
When it comes to our Commissions Analysts, they are gurus at anything related to bonuses and payouts, helping you launch your compensation plan, making changes to ranks, adding new bonuses or configuring new reports that use bonus data. If you plan is a binary, unilevel, matrix or hybrid these people know it all!
Whether it is bonus related or not, both teams have the same goal. To deliver a high-quality product that satisfies your requirements and provide you with the best solution. Our analysts will work very closely with you to gather all the necessary requirements for the project, write the technical documentation or software requirements document (SRD) and monitor the project through completion. They make sure the project is successfully moving through different departments like development and quality assurance, while you get weekly updates indicating the status of the project. Our team will also help you test your project and make sure you are completely satisfied with the solution before it is deployed to production.
