Cassie is a seasoned leader who is passionate about Entrepreneurs, and known for her advocacy for representatives. In her 10+ years of working in the direct selling industry, she has been responsible for a wide range of roles including: Customer Care/Representatives Support; traveling the country as a Field Trainer; managing a compensation plans; and, designing representative’s incentive programs.
Having spent thousands of hours working directly with representatives, Cassie brings a unique Field perspective to the ByDesign team. She has worked in the field shadowing representatives in their daily business operations, and discussing the struggles of managing leads, people, and earnings. Her goal is to ensure that your representatives have the very best tools for working their business and that they know HOW and WHY to use those tools. She knows that every minute spent on administration or analysis is a minute that could have been spent out networking!
Outside of work, Cassie can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 2 kids – camping, hunting, fishing, or just exploring. She is also an avid reader who can (and has) spent hours in used book stores. She swears by the smell of dust on those pages, and actually prefers a broken-in binding to a new one. Don’t try to convince her to read an e-book, as she has done the research and authored a thesis paper to prove the benefits of the classic printed format!
