David grew up in Tampa, FL, actually not too far from ByDesign headquarters. He also spent some time in Sydney Australia where his interest for technology took off. He completed a degree in Computer Science and next thing you know he started working with ByDesign.
For the last 7+ years, his area of focus has been commissions and everything related to bonuses. Often providing valuable feedback and looking for ways to maximize the opportunities for your business when designing your compensation plan. From modifying your existing plan to helping you implement a new compensation plan, his insight into this area has made him a subject matter expert.
You would have never guessed that he is also one mean drummer. Not afraid to take the stage, he has played at international televised events viewed by over 1 million people! That’s only second nature to David since he has been drumming for more than twenty years and regularly plays for his local church on Sunday mornings. You may also catch him at a local park where he does drone racing or just chills out, enjoying precious family time with his wife and two daughters, Jasmin (pic) and Violet.
