October Release is the Week of 10/12/20

  • Created new Alert (Auto Responder) configuration that will trigger notifications based on the percentage completed towards a rank, leveraging the existing Rank Progress 2.0 configurations.
  • Enhanced Shopping Cart Product Search to support a new “Search Terms” field that is defined on the Inventory Edit Page, allowing for key words and other search terms that are not displayed on the Shopping Cart.
  • Created a “Rep Locator” capability within Shopping Cart Customer Creation for when new customers do not have a referrring Rep set.
  • Added functionality to associate a shopping cart banner image to a locale, allowing the ability to display a different image for different languages.
  • Enhanced existing InventoryPrice API to allow update of existing pricing rows and creating new pricing rows.
  • Created a new custom Promotion Condition to allow control on how party guests and hosts are rewarded for each following party they attend.
  • Added Promo Codes via REST API, for DELETE, POST, GET functionality.
  • Enhance the cart when continuing to checkout from the address page, promotions page and bag summary to indicate to the user that the page is loading.
  • Updated Inventory Sort order in the Shopping cart to be consistent with how sort orders work in the rest of the system.
  • Optimized Shopping Cart by reducing API calls in order to reduce load times for Asia based users.
  • Optimized Shopping Cart Checkout by migrating all static content to leverage CDN in order to reduce load time for clients with Customer Experience Package.
  • Updated Revolution Graphic Genealogy and holding tank to make rep placement easier.
  • Updated Graphical Genealogy report on Revolution to allow for default genealogy view to be set, and to add quick jump links to the bottom left or bottom right of an organization when on Binary view.
  • Updated the AR Template ‘AutoShip Profile Successfully Created – Reps’ to include the date of next shipment and potential AutoShip line item details.
  • Enhanced ability to configure “Geographic Territories” on Shopping Cart, Enrollment and AutoShip where specific fields/layouts can be configrued for address input variations.
  • Updated the Include Related Orders field within Freedom promotions to consider the status of the orders as well.
  • Enhanced AutoShip Promotions by modifying Rep Collection condition and Discount Order Line Action to work with the AutoShip process. This allows Rep collections (groups of reps) to be used as part of the qualifications for a promotion, and allows for an existing inventory item to be added to the order and discounted with volume and pricing removed.
  • Updated the AutoShip: Volume condition in Freedom Promotions to also take into consideration inventory item(s) and inventory collection(s).
  • Added a greater than and less than functionality to the First Time Rank Report in Revolution.
  • Created a process for restricting representative access to various areas of Revolution based on their “Rep Status”.
  • Created a New REST API DeletePromotions which can be used during Order creation with an Order ID or Online Order ID to clear Promotions from the Order.
  • Created new Customer Signup settings for the Shopping Cart customer creation to allow individual shipping fields to be shown/hidden/required.
  • Created a new security user right for “Applying Discounts” in back office orders.
  • Added visibility to an Order within the Personal and Customers Orders List Pages being associated to an “AutoShip” within the Order Type field.
  • Added New Inventory User Rights to control categories, images, detail tabs, and relationship groups in Freedom Inventory.
  • Enhanced the renewal process by creating a page to designate an AutoShip Add On Item – automatically adding the renewal item to representatives that have already setup a monthly AutoShip order using a new promotion condition.
  • Created a Return Order Price Override page in Freedom with a coordinating security right that will automatically populate the return price of the item(s) based on configuration and time lines configured and providing access based on user right permissions for manual overrides.
  • Created new security rights that control user ability to editing system notes in Freedom.
  • Created two new REST APIs that willl allow the Order Tracking Import AutoResponder to be triggered.
  • Integrated with CitCon for payment processing using Credit Cards, Alipay, WeChatPay and China Union Pay from shopping cart, enrollment, party and Freedom order entry.
  • Updated the Promotion Action – Fixed Price Product Extended to consider flat rate amounts vs percentages for the fixed price promotional item and its associated taxable amount, shipping value, other prices, and volumes.
  • Enhanced the Shopping cart to ensure secondary categories are displayed by territory.
  • Enhanced how the shopping cart records the IP address of the shopper during the order creation.
  • Updated the client informational message to better illustrate that the change of the selection of the email account will update ALL existing AutoResponders.
  • Enhanced updates of tracking numbers via API by adding the capability to mark a line item as shipped on the order in Back Office when the tracking number has been updated.
  • Updated the Packslip export to explicitly use UTF-8 encoding to better support international characters.
  • Optimized the Sales Tax Details (Jurisdiction) w/Non Tax Sales and the Inventory (sorted by Rep) Reports to populate faster.
  • Updated the Inventory Category search box to recognize territorial items when a territory restriction is enabled allowing better territorial awareness. Included a delete button to remove items no longer needed in the Inventory Category.
  • Resolved the notes feature parity issue by fixing the critical vs. unresolved color labeling to correctly display next to the corresponding note. Resolved when a note is critical, a pop-up will now appear showcasing the relevant note(s).
  • Improved vocabulary used in checkout to provide clearer indication of user requested interaction. Enhanced colors on buttons to provide more visibility to actionable areas.
  • Enhanced the Exclude Inventory Collection function in Promotions to only exclude child items when evaluating a promotion that has parent items and child items.
  • Added translation support for showcases in Back Office by allowing each presentation to be configured to a specific locale. Also added translation support to Inventory Filter Translations for the shopping cart.
  • Enhanced the Extranet Autoship page to default the Autoship day to one day in the future.
  • Enhanced the Top Leaders by Enrollment Report to ensure that the Sponsored Reps Volume is being pulled directly from the Sponsored Reps column.
  • Updated real time Volume detail pages accessible from compensation reports to show Personally Sponsored and AutoShip information.
  • Update Freedom user creation to be more capable of handling International dates.
  • Updated the back office new rep page to honor the freedom setting PAYOUTMETHOD_TERRITORY_TOUSE.

  • Created a Credit Account Balance report in Freedom that will provide the credit account balance for credit accounts as of any given day for Reps and or Customers.
  • Enhanced Cart address page by adding required field validation to alert user in the beginning rather than at the later part of the shopping cart.
  • Updated the Customer Abandon Cart Autoresponder so that it would not trigger when a cart did not have any products stored for a few days.
  • Longer product descriptions on orders in backoffice overlapping when using Chrome as web browser.
  • Updated the AutoShip: Volume condition in Freedom Promotions to also take into consideration inventory item(s) and inventory collection(s).
  • Developed new report in Freedom that shows the number of Reps enrolled in a City.
