  • Created new Promotion Action Type called “Credit Sponsor/Referrer” that enables automatically awarding credits to the referrer of an Order that is placed.
  • Created new Promotion Action for “Shopping Spree”, allowing more clients to replace Host Rewards with Promotions on Cart.
  • Created new Revolution Dashboard Widget called “Free Text Bonus Widget” that allows for selecting a Comp Report that provides “replacement tags” that can be displayed within the Free Text/HTML widget.
  • Enhanced the Mobile view of the Commissions report to be more consistent with the data on the desktop version.
  • Enhanced promotions to show or hide the applicable promo on the shopping cart based on on the suggest configuration
  • Enhanced the Rep Order – Email to Rep AutoResponder template to include additional field tags for order line details.
  • Enhanced user environment when viewing genealogy by adding new options on the current graphical genealogy to move up [1], [5], [10] or [25] levels in the genealogy tree.
  • Enhanced Promotion Action for “Credits to Sponsor” to allow for automatically setting the expiration date on generated credits.
  • Enhanced Freedom Back Office “Send Password Reset” functionality to properly support both Rep & Customer hashed passwords.

  • Improved the Credit Account Ledger in Freedom Back Office to display history even when “Available in Cart” is not marked for the credit account.
  • Improved the partial refund process on partial return orders when a Tokenized payment was used. The return will now show the credit balance due properly on the return order.
  • Order Import tool in Back Office with the flag for the order type: complimentary $0 order or normal full price order.
  • Updated the Customer Edit AS schedule page to use the same logic as the rep’s page when preselecting the Next Ship Date. The New Next Ship day will match the current ship day when the page loads.
  • Enhanced Orders pages (All Orders Personal orders, Customer Orders)in Revolution to have the export functionality take into account the criteria that has been used to filter the results. This will update the exported data to match the filtered results on the report in Revolution.
  • Enhanced the Inventory Tag to store a “Packslip Description’ which allows for an inventory tag to be added to a packslip. This allows displaying of text on the packslip for specific items. Also added a date range to inventory tags. This allows adding the tag/text only for specified time.
  • Modified functionality where selecting All Products from Shopping Cart would display the category banner of the first category. Now banners will only display when the category is actually selected.
  • Enhance Note Type and Note Category to support a default selection. This will allow corporate to set a default when creating a new Rep, Customer, Order or Party note in the back office.
  • Enhanced promotion conditions to allow for referred count.
  • Added a setting that would hide the Qualify Dates Column on the Commissions Summary Report in Revolution.
  • Extended data privacy feature to hide or mask Rep Romanized Name.
  • Enhanced Autoship addon process by creating new REST API’s.
  • Enhanced PDF Types to support different PDF data if an order is a gift order or a non-gift order. This allows different configurations for gift orders and non gift orders such as showing a gift message and hiding pricing on gift order PDF packslips.
  • Improved Bulk Translation Tool to continue with translation file uploading when errors are discovered in file and list all errors found when file upload is complete for easier error diagnosis.
  • Updated Enrollment process to allow Distributors who start the enrollment from Revolution to use their credits as payment on the order even if they edit the sponsor during the process to someone else in their organization.
  • Resolved issue with Freedom Back Office Revolution Dashboard Manager where the new Free Text Widget Editor replaced spaces with HTML encoding.
  • Enhanced Revolution to support multiple Business Centers so the Binary Genealogy is able to load to place people from the holding tank.
  • Enhanced the existing promotion action “Credits to Sponsor/Referrer” to be able to reward percentage off.
  • Enhanced Revolution Contact Groups to support organizations which utilize multiple business centers.
  • Enhanced the Date of Birth field for Customer Accounts in Shopping Cart 2.0 to respect date format settings.
